DELIVERY AND RETURNS
DELAYS IN SHIPPING DUE TO COVID19
We are continuing to fulfil orders and provide services to our customers as best as we can. Circumstances may cause some delays in transit, due to local protective regulations and quarantine measures alongside new border controls and reduced air freight capacity in the market which may impact service. Thank you in advance for not only your purchase with Dumpstuff but also for your patience.
When will I receive my delivery?
As a small independent business Dumpstuff does not hold vast amounts of stock. In order to be more sustainable we try were possible to make small runs of orders at one time, so as not to use more resources than required. Due to this there may be slight delays in delivery. We hand decorate your orders in the South West UK. Once your orders are made we check them for quality and accuracy, before packaging them in our eco-friendly mailers ready for delivery. We endeavour to keep you updated during this process.
In the UK we use Royal Mail Delivery to get your order delivered. Our standard UK delivery takes 3-5 working days, EU delivery is 3-5 days and Rest of the World is between 7-14 days to arrive so please ensure you place your order allowing plenty of time.
How much is shipping?
REST OF WORLD: £15.00
If you change your mind about an item you can return it for a refund, exclusions apply for sale products. You can return items to us for a refund up to 14 days after your goods have been received, provided it is in its original, unused condition and that you the consumer have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession. Please do not return items after the 14 day refund period. Please remember to include proof of purchase and keep a certificate of postage.
Please allow up to 10 days for your returned items to be refunded.
All items sent back to Dumpstuff will be quarantined for 72 hours before processing.
Non refundable & non returnable items
Occasionally we offer items that are faulty (these items have not passes out quality checks but we believe they can still have a great life). These items are sale items or often mystery box items as such there price reflects any quality issues. These items are non returnable, non refundable items.
It usually takes between 3-5 days to refund your order once we have received the item. During busy times it may take longer to process your refund. Please allow 12 working days to process your refund. If it has taken longer than 12 working days please complete the form at the bottom of the page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items back to us. The shipping costs are non-refundable. We cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels. We recommend sending your parcel as tracked and keeping your tracking number.
We quality check all our our garments before they are packed for delivery. However, if you have an issue with one of our items please get in contact with us and we will try our hardest to remedy the problem. In your message please explain what the fault is and upload a photo showing the fault in detail. We offer a 14 day warranty period from when your order is received. For issues outside of this 14 day period unfortunately we cannot replace the item.
We do not currently provide exchange services. If you would like to return an item please follow the instructions on our delivery's and returns page, within 14 days. Then place a new order online with the required colours, designs and sizing's. As soon as we receive your returned items we will send you a discount code for free shipping on your next order.
